Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup

This is a hearty flavorful chicken noodle soup that is sure to help you stay nurished throughout the winter and all year long.

Ingredients
- (1) Chicken - Stewing Hen
- (2-4 cups) Water
- (3-4) Bay Leaf
- (2Tbs) Vinegar (any type)
- (measure with your heart) Garlic, finely chopped
- (1) Yellow Onion, diced
- (2) Carrots, thinly sliced
- (2) Celery stalks, roughly chopped

- (1/2 tsp) Black Pepper
- (1 Tbs) Rosemary
- (1 Tbs) Thyme
- Add pre-cooked rice or noodles
Directions
- In your crock pot cover your stew hen with water, 2-4 cups, add in 2-4 bay leafs. Turn on high for 1 hour.
- Pull our cooked stew hen allow to cool (keep the broth! that's the good stuff). Keep the broth on high and add all other ingredients. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes while you complete step 3.
- Pick the stew hen clean (about 1-1.5 lbs of meat). Place the meat back in the broth and cook on low for 4+ hours.
