Hey Folks. We’re at a bunch of markets this month and we are fully stocked up on all our products. It' should be fun. This weekend is the Severna Park Christmas Market. Weather looks ok and we’re very excited for this one. Lots of crafts and good eats. Please pre-order by early tomorrow, so we can get loaded up for the big day.

Here’s the list of all the markets this month.

  • Every Saturday/Sunday @ Anne Arundel County Farmers Market.
  • Every Sunday (7,14,21) @ Honey’s Harvest Farm 11-3pm.
  • Saturday the 13th @ Severna Park Farmer’s Market Christmas Special !!!
  • Friday 19 @ Old Stein Inn Holiday Market 5-9pm.
  • Saturday 20 @ the Deale Christmas Market.
  • Our Farm Store is open every Saturday 10-2pm.

This is a brief email. I have lots of running around to do today. Hope all is well and thank you for supporting local small farms.

Big Storm Big Trip

Two big things going on for us this week, one of which I’m sure will affect you as well. First off, there’s a big storm coming this weekend. It look like it’s going to leave quite a mess. In true “farmers try our best” fashion, the Sunday Anne Arundel Farmers Market will be moving to Saturday (9-noon) this week. There will be NO Sunday market this week. All Sunday pre-orders will be there Saturday. You can also still order for Saturday until noon tomorrow (Friday). If you need to make other arrangements to pick up, just reach out. Now let’s look into why there’s a giant storm coming…..

Big Week of Not Much at All

Hi folks. We had a quite uneventful week here. The farm crew kept things moving and got started on a few projects. The Calvert/PG delivery route grew a little bit and we’re happy that option is picking up some new customers. Family time involved an eye doctor visit and some cavities getting filled. Like I said, not a lot to report on the farm front. Things I reminded myself of this week. Our pork chops are awesome, T-bone steaks are something special and our bacon can’t be beat. Hope you had a good week too.

Meet the Team

Welp, we’re moving ahead into another year. To be honest, the farm doesn’t have any major resolutions. We’re going to keep our rotational grazing going and continue our daily move poultry like we do. We’ll continue to source clean non-gmo feed from St. Mary’s county, and continue to use only small family run butcher shops. The plan is to be at all the same markets and to drive the same delivery routes. We do plan to raise a little more chicken and egg layers than last year, and hope to stay a bit more stocked in grass-fed beef. But, otherwise, we’re going to keep on going. If it aint broke….you get the gist.
